Chef Mei is the owner of Chef Mei Personal Chef Service, LLC. She graduated from the Culinary Business Academy in Atlanta and is currently a premier member of the United States Personal Chef Association, a member of Women Chefs and Restaurateur, The American Wine Society and Fayetteville Wine Society. Mei is a member of Cape Fear Kiwanis Club. She is ServSafe certified.
Chef Meiʼs passion for cooking started at the age of 11. Her mother has been her sole inspiration. Over the years Chef Mei’s interest in International cuisine inspired her to create dishes from all around the world to bring to the table of her clients. Her dishes are crafted by using a variety of herbs and spices, fusing ingredients and cooking techniques from different parts of the world while still maintaining the authenticity of the dish.
Chef Mei did not start out as a Chef until later in life. She worked in various corporate jobs with the last being in the medical field. Chef Mei offers a variety of services to include personal chef services, boutique catering, and cooking-related classes. Chef Mei serves busy executives, businesses, and families in Fayetteville, the Triangle area, Dunn, Lumberton and other surrounding counties.
Chef Mei is dedicated in providing quality and excellence to all her customers. Each client is individual and unique and the service provided is customized as such.
